Killerapp is the most awesome search engine. This thing searches for hardware and it will find you some SWEET deals.

Winfiles is a huge archive of shareware, freeware, and demos. This site has supreme organization. If you didn't find what you wanted here, I would bet you could find it at Winfiles.

MP3.com is a nice source for your MP3 needs. This site has a nice flow, just like Winfiles. I recommend this site for MP3 Software but not for the actual MP3's.

Scour is one of the most excellent MP3 / Wav / Video search engines on the internet. Uses SMB protocol for downloading files. (Don't worry they supply a rather nice download agent). I recommend this site if you are looking for MP3 files.

Blizzard Entertainment makes some of the coolest games out there. Popular titles are Warcraft II, Starcraft, and Diablo.
