Fighter: In the begining of the game spend a lot of points on STR & VIT. Worry about magic later. Optimum = Sword with Shield

Rouge: Spend lots on STR & DEX in the begining. Try to get some VIT in there as well. Should get magic earlier than a Fighter. Optimum = Bow

Mage: Spend almost all your points on MAG. Some VIT will help until you get mana shield. Optimum = Staff ( lots of charges preferably )

Multiplayer Strategy:

An optimum multiplayer party consists of 2 Fighters, 1 Rouge, and 1 Mage. The Fighters should lead the party and take the majority of the damage. Once the party starts fighting the enemy the Fighters should stand reletively still so the Mage and Rouge can take aim and hit enemies without hitting the Fighters. A staff of Heal Other for the Mage is a great asset for the party and the Mage should heal other members often. Although the Fighters should stand still during combat the long range members (Rouge & Mage) should try not to hit the other members. On-line communication is also useful :)
